Registration fee:
Girls who have not paid their $100 registration fee are not considered registered.
Since there are many applicants; those who have not yet paid their registration fee may lose their slot.
Please fill out the attached payment form and return to the Yachad office within 10 days of your acceptance, in order to ensure your slot.
Upon our receiving your payment, we will be sending you an information packet which will include a packing list, information regarding cell phones, medical form and consent form.

MANDATORY MEDICAL/TRAVEL INSURANCE: YACHAD TOURS requires that every tour participant carry Medical/Travel Insurance validfor theentireduration ofthetour .
ALLERGIES & SPECIAL DIETS: Participants who requirespecial arrangements for allergies or special medical diets will need to clearly send in writing to YACHAD TOURS in advance of the tour along with their application, the specific details of their situations andrestrictions, including anyrelated medical information.
VALID PASSPORT: Pleasemakesurethat your passport is validfor at least six monthsfollowing thelastday of thetrip.
CHANGES IN SCHEDULES/FEES: YACHAD TOURS is not responsible for any and all last-minute changes, cancellations, and/orreroutingofflights imposed by the airlines or othertransportation schedules, and reserves the right to alter, or change any aspect of the tour, as deemed necessary, without prior notification to the participant. DEPOSITS: The mandatory deposit fee is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Cancellations, for any reason, whether due to medical and/or hospitalizations, or non- medical, must be sent by email to YACHAD TOURS.
l Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of YACHAD TOURS, and will ONLY be reimbursed thirty (30) days after cancellation date.
l I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to have all the necessary travel documents and vaccination documents to enter the country. Cancellation by the participant due to any issues related to missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation at any point of the trip will not be refunded.
l Medical insurance is mandatory! Please send in the listed amount to cover the cost.
l If we are forced to cancel the tour due to Covid-19, a full refund will be issued.
